The Executive Committee shall be the principal governing body of ADERA and shall consist of the following officers:
1. President
2. Vice President
3. Secretary General
4. Assistant Secretary
5. Treasurer
6. Journal Editor-in-Chief
7. Journal Managing Editor / Deputy Editor-in-Chief
8. Two (2) Members-at-large
9. Immediate Past President (Ex-officio)
These officers shall be elected by the members of the association for a term of three years except the Ex-officio which is automatic and Journal Editor-in-Chief and Journal Managing Editor or Deputy Editor-in-Chief that shall be appointment by the president and approved by at least two-third (2/3) majority of the Executive Committee.
Assisting the Editor-in-Chief in:
Provides advisory support and ensures continuity.
